Exit of motorway A10: S. Bartolomeo al mare. Then follow the signs to Diano Marina.
At the traffic -lights turn right westward on the via Aurelia. When you reach Diano marina you  have two datum points: the touristic port (on your left-hand side) and, after 400 meters, the church.

50 meters after you passed the church, on your right-hand side you will find an arch under which you
have to pass turning right into via Milano. Then drive on for about 150 mteres and turn right
again at the second crossing. Now you are in via Lombardi e Rossignoli.

Go straight for 150 mters and you will find yourself in Piazza Maglione. At this point you can turn left
into via Biancheri, where the Hotel Sasso Residence is.
